Our programs and activities aim to recognise the whole person across physical, social, emotional, spiritual and mental domains, with opportunities for self-empowerment and development should be available for everyone.
Our approach acknowledges that successful youth and adult development is not just about the individual participant. Rather it is about creating the space for intergenerational connection that builds collective wisdom for the benefit of the whole community.
The learning and development offered by LSC&PH aims to support these processes through instilling role clarity and enhancing competencies like: critical thinking, collaborative leadership, self regulation, resilience activation, emotional intelligence, implementing child safety, and managing risk to name a few.
